Refund Policy

At Jess and Bev Candles, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with our candles, melts, gift baskets, and liquid scents. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy for exchanges only. Please review the following guidelines:

Exchange Only Policy:

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds at this time. You may exchange your item(s) for another product of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference in price.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the original item(s) and for shipping the new item(s). Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Equal or Higher Value:

  • When exchanging an item, the value of the new product must be equal to or greater than the original purchase. In cases where the new item is of lesser value, we will add the difference as a store credit to your account wallet. This credit can be applied to future purchases at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Please note that custom orders or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
